chz.app에서 제공하는 서비스 및 확장 프로그램(이하 ‘서비스’ 또는 ‘chz.app’)은 「개인정보 보호법」 제30조에 따라 정보주체의 개인정보를 보호하고 이와 관련한 고충을 신속하고 원활하게 처리할 수 있도록 하기 위하여 다음과 같이 개인정보 처리방침을 수립·공개합니다.

The service and extension provided by chz.app (hereinafter referred to as “Service” or "chz.app") establishes and discloses the privacy policy as follows in order to protect the personal information of the information subject in accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act and to promptly and smoothly handle any complaints related thereto.

제1조 (개인정보의 처리 목적 및 항목)

1. chz.app은 서비스 제공을 목적으로 다음과 같은 최소한의 정보를 수집하고 있습니다. 수집한 개인정보는 목적 이외의 용도로는 이용되지 않으며 이용 목적이 변경되는 경우에는 「개인정보 보호법」 제18조에 따라 별도의 동의를 받는 등 필요한 조치를 이행할 예정입니다.

   chz.app collects the following minimum information for the purpose of providing services. The collected personal information will not be used for any purpose other than the specified purpose, and if the purpose of use changes, we will take necessary measures such as obtaining separate consent in accordance with Article 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act.

1. 서비스 이용 과정에서 기기 정보, IP주소, 쿠키, 방문 일시, 서비스 이용 기록 등의 정보가 자동으로 생성되어 수집될 수 있으며, 부정이용 방지, 서비스 개선을 목적으로 이용될 수 있습니다.

3. Google API에서 획득한 정보의 사용은 제한적 사용 요건을 포함한 Chrome 웹스토어 사용자 데이터 정책을 준수합니다.

제2조 (개인정보의 처리 및 보유 기간)

1. chz.app은 서비스 이용 기간의 내에서 개인정보를 처리하며, 서비스 이용 종료 시 지체 없이 해당 개인정보를 파기합니다.

   chz.app processes personal information within the period of service use and destroys such personal information without delay upon termination of service use.

2. 다만, 관계법령의 규정에 따라 개인정보를 보존할 필요가 있는 경우 법령에서 정한 일정 기간 동안 해당 개인정보를 보관합니다.
